Theodor Niehaus
Prior to founding Edutec One, Theodor worked for different companies and leading research institutes, ranging from large global enterprises like IBM to innovative hidden champions like Festo Didactic, in a career spanning more than 25 years.
Whether it is tailoring new solutions or challenging existing programs, Theodor believes in the power of skills, advanced education and technology learning.
Theodor holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the RWTH Aachen University and a PhD in Mechatronics. In addition to his role as executive advisor for Edutec One he was involved in supporting the WorldSkills Foundation as Executive Chair. As President of the Didacta Association he leads the Association of the European Education Industry.
